Responsibilities

• Lead operations of the procurement unit
• Provide group‑level procurement guidance and implementation
• Strategically develop procurement processes
• Develop procurement skills within the team
• Collaborate with internal clients and external partners to support complex procurement projects such as large investments, construction projects, and system renewals
• Maintain close dialogue with internal and external stakeholders and shape service design

Qualifications

• Higher university degree
• Experience in public procurement
