Job Responsibilities

• Build NZ operations from the ground up
• Own grower network & procurement strategy
• Source premium apples directly from growers across key NZ regions
• Build and scale a reliable network of orchards and supply partners
• Identify and lease packhouse capacity for packing and storage
• Oversee cold chain logistics, shipping and export coordination
• Ensure quality control, traceability and export compliance
• Collaborate with global teams across India, Chile and Europe
• Support team build‑out across procurement and quality functions
