Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will ensure procurement processes are managed in a cost effective manner; providing supervision to the business units for the purchasing of goods and services.
Main Duties:
- Ensure the organization procurement policies and procedures are being followed
- Coordinate selection process, contract negotiation and vendor evaluation
- Supervise the process for tender documents including invitation to quotes, request for service or request for bids
- Establish and monitor key procurement KPIs, such as supplier performance and contract compliance
- Manage procurement budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with financial and operational plans
