Job Summary
The Procurement Officer will support the STRIDES project in Uganda. S/he will support the Procurement Manager in ensuring efficient coordination and management of procurement functions. S/he will support the day-to-day operations and systems coordination related to the procurement of various supplies and services in support of the STRIDES project in Uganda.
Accountabilities:
Implements and/or maintains the standard of FHI 360 Uganda Country Office procurement policies and procedures.
Manages the procurement process and inventory of office supplies, computer peripherals, software, cell phones, furniture, publications, subscriptions, medical equipment and pharmaceuticals for both domestic and country offices, in accordance with the FHI 360 Uganda Country Office and donor-specific polices
