Our Procurement Department at South Arm, V&A Waterfront, is looking for a sharp, commercially minded Procurement Officer to buy the goods and services that keep our maintenance department running.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Award orders for maintenance work in conjunction with the Maintenance Superintendents. Interpret and compare technical quotes, and negotiate pricing based on quotes and work done. Impose penalties in line with agreed terms where required. Analyse spend and improve the sourcing process to maximise quality of work and minimise cost. Select and source from suppliers in line with Preferential Procurement targets.
