Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement activities for oil & gas and construction projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. 
Prepare and process RFQs, RFPs, purchase orders, and procurement documentation in accordance with company policies and project requirements. 
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, quality products, and favorable contract terms. 
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to identify material requirements and procurement schedules. 
Maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and conduct supplier performance evaluations. 
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure material availability and avoid project delays. 
Manage procurement of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, structural, and construction materials.
