Job Description:
Responsible for executing local procurement and tendering processes in Algeria. Assist in organizing supplier communications, conducting market research, performing price analysis, and tracking contract implementation to ensure smooth procurement operations and support the timely, compliant, and efficient delivery of project materials and services.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Procurement Execution Support: Assist in organizing procurement requisitions, preparing tender documents, coordinating supplier communications, collecting quotations, and facilitating bid clarifications. Monitor contract signing and performance progress.
4. Cost and Market Analysis: Conduct local market inquiries and price comparisons. Assist in establishing and maintaining supplier records and archives, and build a local supplier database. Provide analytical insights on abnormal quotations and potential supply risks.
