A reputable public services organisation in Liverpool is seeking a driven and motivated Procurement Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis to support with their Capital Projects tenders.

Your new role
As the Procurement Specialist, you will be the category expert when ites to Capital Projects / Works spend across the organisation. You will lead tender exercises for exciting new construction projects and strive to deliver optimal value for money and procurement best practice. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead and support procurement exercises across construction, capital works, refurbishment, infrastructure and associated services, ensuringpliance with PA23 and relevant legislation.
You will manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally, and will providemercial and procurement advice to them. You will support contract management activities and supplier performance reviews.
