Insight Global is looking for a Procurement Specialist II to join a growing team supporting the advanced manufacturing industry. This individual will be responsible for managing procurement activities that support construction projects, including facility build-outs and equipment installation for production lines. They will work closely with internal teams to understand project needs, source vendors, and obtain quotes for materials, equipment, and services, while also creating and managing purchase orders to ensure alignment with project timelines. On a daily basis, they will track orders, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure deliveries are on time to support construction and installation schedules. They will also be involved in cost analysis and price negotiations to drive cost efficiency across projects, while supporting contract coordination with vendors.
