Description
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist for a client of ours located in Lee's Summit, Missouri on a Contract basis. This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, support day-to-day purchasing activity, and help keep procurement operations organized and efficient. The role is expected to run for approximately 30 to 60 days and prefer familiarity with Workday and Microsoft Office.


Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing activities by creating, reviewing, and processing purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.

• Support daily procurement operations by coordinating requests, tracking order status, and helping ensure materials and services are obtained efficiently.

• Work within established buying procedures to maintain compliance with company procurement standards and documentation practices.
