Key Responsibilities - Source, evaluate and manage suppliers for fresh produce and related products
- Handle procurement activities including price negotiation, purchase orders and delivery arrangements
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing and supplier documentation
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements
