The Opportunity

The Procurement Strategy and Governance Consultant plays a key role in shaping how Procurement operates across MassMutual. This is not a traditional sourcing or contracting role-this role focuses on designing, governing, and continuously improving the end-to-end procurement operating model.

In this role, you will translate strategy into execution by establishing clear processes, standards, and frameworks that enable Procurement to operate as a unified, high-performing function. You will partner across Procurement, Technology, and the broader business to simplify how work gets done, improve adoption of new capabilities, and ensure our processes deliver measurable value.
