We are looking for an experienced Procurement Team Lead to oversee end-to-end procurement activities and support vessel operations across the business. Based in Singapore and reporting to the General Manager – Supply Chain, this role is responsible for leading the procurement team, managing supplier relationships, driving cost-saving initiatives, ensuring compliance with procurement standards, and improving supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

• End to End Procurement Process from Requisition to Goods Supply.
• Processing of purchase requisitions in accordance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely deliveries at the right cost for goods and purchases for internal stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the vessel operations team on management of suppliers, supply / demand planning, inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Monitor team’s KPI and compliance to Group Procurement Standard.
