Grow overall **hotel sales through solicitation of new business using consultative sale** s. Cultivate relationships with key hotel personnel to enhance overall business relationship with hotel. • Solicit and secure business for Encore through a proactive, consultative sales approach and utilize Encore’s CAPTURE sales process.

• Proactively participate in hotel site inspections and provide the hotel staff with enhanced site inspection tools.

• Manage Encore’s sales process through proper utilization of ACT!, and create professional bids and proposals by actively using Encore systems and marketing tools.
