Role Purpose

The Product Analyst supports the Product Manager in translating product strategy into actionable execution plans by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing product documentation, facilitating delivery processes, and providing insights that improve product outcomes.

The role acts as a bridge between Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Support, Marketing, and Partnership teams to ensure product initiatives are clearly defined, effectively communicated, and successfully delivered.

Over time, the Product Analyst is expected to take increasing ownership of operational product decisions based on demonstrated product knowledge, business understanding, and performance.
