Product Analyst – Brampton, ON

Hybrid work model: 4 days in office. The position is part of Loblaw Technology’s Store Applications Team, responsible for the technology behind every in‑store experience.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and support the core in‑store application, including pricing synchronization, inventory management, and middleware configuration.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Infrastructure, Information Security, POS/Application Development, Store Systems, external vendors) to implement complex, scalable solutions that ensure accurate real‑time pricing and system reliability.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to communication, pricing discrepancies, and other backend integrations; proactively recommend scalable solutions to mitigate recurring issues and reduce store‑level support incidents.
