Role Overview
As our Product & Innovation Manager, you will sit at the intersection of trend-spotting, product strategy, and technical execution. Your primary mission is to prevent product stagnation. You will ruthlessly audit our existing native apps, monitor the tech landscape for emerging capabilities (e.g., AI integrations, spatial computing, advanced biometrics), and champion the updates, redesigns, and feature overhauls needed to keep our products at the absolute forefront of the industry.

1. Product Modernization & Lifecycle Management
Keep Products To the Mark: Continuously evaluate our existing native apps against modern UX/UI standards, performance benchmarks, and OS-specific guidelines (Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design).
Technical Debt vs. Innovation: Partner with Engineering Leads to balance the resolution of technical debt with the injection of fresh, value-driven features.
