Product Consultant role to shape the future of Talent/HR Service Delivery at EY. What Will You Do For Talent/HR Service Delivery

• Lead the design and deployment of Talent solutions across process, technology, and data
• Drive innovation through AI and automation to transform service delivery and user experience
• Contribute to development of the Talent Service Delivery roadmap
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery across global teams, including both internal and external delivery partners
• Influence senior stakeholders and ensure successful adoption across Regions and Service Lines (business)
