Duties: Document, define, and deliver the new Global Capital Platform with U.S.-based stakeholders across Treasury, Controllers, and Technology teams. Manage a Delaware-based Product Team, overseeing their activities, and ensuring that team members contribute to the project's goals. Provide guidance, support, and performance evaluations to enhance team productivity. Conduct current state analyses to assess existing processes and operational models. Participate in re-engineering processes and operational models to drive efficiency. Redesign workflows and implement best practices to optimize performance and reduce redundancies. Lead the test management of the capabilities being delivered as part of the Global Capital Platform. Develop test plans, coordinate testing activities, and ensure that all functionalities meet quality standards before deployment.
