The Role

The Product Designer is responsible for shaping high-quality,
user-centred digital products and services from early discovery
through to tested, build-ready solutions. Working in the Technology
Research & Development team, this role combines deep user
research, interaction design and product thinking to ensure that new
ideas are grounded in real user needs, validated early, and translated
into experiences that are intuitive, effective and scalable.

The role will work across ambiguous, high-value opportunities for
lawyers, business services and operational teams, helping the firm
identify the right problems to solve and the most effective ways to
solve them. This includes leading research activity, designing
experiments and prototypes, and partnering closely with Product,
Engineering, Data and Architecture to move from insight to measurable outcomes.
