The Product Designer (UI/UX & Research) at LGC is responsible for leading user research and crafting flawless end-to-end experiences that optimize user-centered digital journeys. We are interested in someone who can focus on improving website performance and conversion through data-driven UX and CRO protocols. We are looking for someone to ensure alignment with industry and digital guideline customer experience standards.
