Product Development
Manage the end-to-end product development process from concept to production.
Translate design and business requirements into detailed product specifications.
Develop and maintain technical packs (tech packs) for all product categories.
Coordinate the development calendar to ensure timely delivery of products.
Drive innovation and identify opportunities for new product categories and range extensions. Sampling & Fit Management
Manage the sample development process with suppliers and manufacturers.
Review and evaluate samples against design, quality, and commercial requirements.
Conduct fit sessions and coordinate amendments to achieve optimal fit and comfort.
Approve final pre-production samples before bulk production. Supplier & Factory Management
