The Country Product Development Lead in Pakistan will be responsible to lead product development (PD) activities in Pakistan to support the commercialization of UPL’s crop protection and natural plant protection (NPP) portfolios. Ensure alignment with local market needs, regulatory frameworks, and UPL’s strategic goals for sustainable agriculture and innovation. As part of Country Leadership Team, this role will also be responsible to provide leadership to PD team in Pakistan by promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and implement product development plans for crop protection and NPP products (bio-solutions, bio-stimulants, bio-control). Working in close coordination with regional Product Development teams ensuring alignment with regional priorities and global business strategies.
