DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized,
detail-oriented and proactive Product Development & Merchandising
Assistant to support both our business with major retail partners and our
independent branded jewelry collections. This role combines product development
coordination with merchandising analysis and execution, requiring someone who
is equally comfortable working with product specifications, vendor
communications, sales data and assortment planning.

The ideal candidate has a passion for jewelry, strong
analytical skills, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment.
