Job Title: Product Development Technician

Responsibilities


+ This is a laboratory-based position focused on mixing of laboratory size adhesive formulations and executing testing plans for the development of new and replacement products.

+ Responsibilities include preparing tests according to customer specifications and internal test methods, completing timely testing to record and obtain data for assigned projects, and producing reliable, replicable data.

+ Read and utilize dial calipers, micrometers, and standard shop measuring tools.

+ Set up, calibrate, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot testing equipment.

+ Apply basic laboratory techniques to perform routine and non-routine tests with limited supervision.
