Role Purpose

We are looking for a visionary and results‑driven leader to own and transform DHL’s flagship customer‑facing digital platform, MyExpress. This is a high‑impact role responsible for shaping a unified, seamless, and best‑in‑class digital experience for our global customers. As the strategic owner of the platform, you will drive innovation across the entire customer journey, from onboarding to daily interactions, reducing customer effort, increasing loyalty, and maximizing lifetime value. MyExpress serves as the primary digital gateway for our customers worldwide, placing this role at the heart of DHL’s digital transformation. The role can be based in either Malaysia or Bonn, Germany.
