Job Title: Product Documentation & Labeling Specialist

Responsibilities


+ Support production lines with accurate, compliant documentation and labeling.

+ Update Bills of Materials and provide R&D recipe documentation (RDP - Research & Development Product / RDU - Research & Development Usage).

+ Issue SOP changes for packaging.

+ Coordinate product label content to ensure that they accurately reflect the customer's requirements.

+ Create / update product specifications.

+ Support international labeling and nutrition calculations

+ Coordinate nutritional information.

+ Maintain label data base - Perform system updates and data entry for accuracy.

+ Assure that all labels are available to support the production schedule.
