Introduction to the job

At our Berlin site, we manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems. As part of our high-tech manufacturing team, you will contribute to the production of optical components, assemblies, and systems made of glass, glass ceramics, and ceramics for high-tech small series, single parts, and prototype manufacturing.

With specific R&D and manufacturing expertise, we develop and produce components for ASMLs EUV (Extreme Ultraviolet) and DUV (Deep Ultraviolet) systems, including wafer tables, reticle chucks, and mirror blocks. Our craftsmanship in precision manufacturing, combined with our expertise in optical fabrication technology, makes us the global competence center for optics and wafer chuck technology within ASML.
