Proven track record of building AI-powered products - not just bolting a chatbot on, but thinking hard about prompting architecture, model behaviour, and what genuinely good AI UX looks like
(Desirable) Experience in EdTech, consumer subscription apps, or B2B SaaS with an end-user product component
Technically hands‑on: comfortable enough with code to prototype ideas, run evals, and debug model outputs using AI coding tools. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be able to move fast without waiting for one and move towards contributing to the codebase (Ruby, Rails, Javascript, Postgres, and AWS)
