Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of water quality instruments and their applications.
  • Provide technical support to distributors and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform hands‑on testing, diagnostics, and product troubleshooting.
  • Manage warranty claims, issue return goods authorizations (RGA), and track replacement shipments.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create technical materials such as application notes, manuals, videos, and marketing collaterals.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver product expertise and support initiatives.
  • Conduct product training, seminars, and workshops for distributors and customers.
  • Assist in developing product documentation, including manuals, presentations, and FAQs.
  • Organize webinars, seminars, and product launch events.
