Duties & Responsibilities

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and stable Customer Care Officer (Product Genius) for a well-established dealership based in Northcliff, Johannesburg.

Requirements

• Automotive Industry experience
• 3 years minimum experience in a Customer Service role
• Consistent performer
• Ability to develop and implement systems and processes
• Computer Literate (e.g., MS Office, Dealership CRM Packages)
• Deadline driven / motivated / hands-on individual
