The Gift Card Product Head is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of the Gift Card product strategy in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and vision based on market research, customer insights, and data.
• Lead the development of brand‑specific eGift Cards to provide value for business partners.
• Use customer and market insights to recommend improvements and innovations.

Product Management

• Manage all aspects of the SM Gift Card and Passes, including platform enhancements and product activations.
• Oversee product feature rollouts, system upgrades, and platform integrations with merchant partners.

Functional Collaboration

• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, Customer Service, and external partners.
