Overview

Responsible for managing the team at DC, providing guidance and training as needed, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Supervises the day-to-day activities of all different inspections and projects. Implements and enforces quality control standards and procedures throughout the garment inspection process.

Qualifications

+ **Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.**
+ **Must know how to measure and inspect high-end garments.**
+ Responsible for implementing and monitoring the inspection/measurement team.
+ Ability/willingness to learn new skills/processes and improve current skills.
+ Work with the team daily to call out any production issues.
+ Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
+ Inform the team by email of all ASN releases and completion of special projects.
