Overview

Product Lead responsible for technological development of services, aligned with objectives, and the regulations set by AMLC and BSP.

Employee should identify gaps in consumer product offerings and propose innovative solutions to improve competitiveness and ensure adaptability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
• Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build‑vs‑buy perspective, and support the Product and Support Services Head to initiate innovative ideas and strategies ensuring proper controls for all business activities.
