My client, a leading force within aerospace manufacturing are on the hunt for an Product Line Engineering Manager to join the team in Deeside.

Role and Responsibilities – Product Line Engineering Manager 
In this role you will look to lead a team of engineers across 2 main sites within the UK, being responsible for functional performance in all key areas of the business.

Other responsibilities include:

Responsible for contributing to the development measures that allow the health of the key business processes to be assessed, meet or exceed goals, and improved
Responsible for new business proposals. Includes proposal development, market awareness, customer relationship building, and developing new strategies for winning new contracts
