Position Overview

Manages and oversees the unit and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities. 
Responsible for attaining the unit’s monthly target set by the Management 
Plans, creates and implements systems and processes of products 
Conducts process analysis and problem resolution for the products 
Develops marketing plans and projects, promotions and marketing aids 
Designs market research projects to assess current product range 
Analyzes market conditions and evaluates market trends and competitions to determine what product enhancements should be made 
Reviews product data to ensure that the unit is kept up to date on new developments regarding competitors and companies products 
Provides the unit with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to market the product 
Monitors daily production and loan releases of the unit
