Position Overview

            Manage product business functions across customer experience, compliance, risk, regulatory, and operations. 
Continuously review MAS regulations, AML, fraud, and digital wallet requirements to ensure adherence. 
Collaborate with product, partners, technical, operations, regulatory, and compliance teams to deliver on deadlines across multiple platforms. 
Establish connections across stakeholder groups, effectively influencing and communicating at senior levels. 
Define and develop opportunities to enhance customer experience, product awareness, and sales performance. 
Drive product development activities including discovery, deployment, launch, and post-launch performance measurement. 
Apply entrepreneurial thinking to deconstruct challenges, investigate root causes, and implement solutions. 
Partner with marketing, channels, and external partners to refine customer experience for new capabilities.
