Your Role

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Be trusted to own the vision and influence the team to ensure that the client receives high-impact and value from each iteration.
• Understand business needs, IT constraints and priorities, own the backlog and be able to make decisions. - the backlog is owned by you, and you play a crucial role with your BA to ensure it is correct.
• As the agile squad is often cross-functional, your client-facing presence is essential - with the ability to communicate clearly at sprint reviews. But you will also have the skills required to step-in and support other squad members such as the BA or Service Designers.
• Lead agile ceremonies events, such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring clear communication and effective teamwork.
