The Kallang Group is looking for a Product Manager, Digital Experience Platforms to support the ongoing development and optimisation of our digital experience ecosystem.

Sitting within the Digital Experience and Strategy team and reporting to the Head of Department, this role will help manage the product roadmap across key digital platforms, with the current focus on the website, mobile app and CMS. As our digital ecosystem continues to evolve, the scope of platforms may expand over time in line with business needs and patron expectations.

This is a product management role focused on digital experience, platform development and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, platform users, internal teams and external partners to identify product opportunities, translate needs into clear requirements, support prioritisation, coordinate delivery and track performance.
