Job responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product management for Haier air conditioners across the Gulf market, covering product strategy, certification, pricing, channel enablement, training, marketing execution, and performance tracking. Drive product competitiveness, channel quality, and profitable growth in line with regional business targets.

Product：

①Conduct market, competitor, and user research to define product lineup, positioning, and pricing strategy for GCC. Policy Management

②Drive local certification compliance: ESMA/ECAS, EESL, CB, EMC, and test report management to ensure market entry and clearance. Certification management

③Analyze sales, margin, and product mix; optimize portfolio to improve profitability and premium product share.
