What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive development of our integrations, enrichment services, and Salesforce Managed Package.

Define requirements and work with technical and non-technical resources to accomplish goals.

Conduct customer discovery and market research to determine the future of these product lines and provide input into our roadmap and backlog.

Become a subject matter expert in your product line, educate internal users about new features, provide feedback about external enablement in partnership with product marketing, and triage inbound issues and requests.
