Position Overview

  1. Conduct market & competitor research and user demand analysis, formulate product planning and new project initiation.
  2. Define product requirements, oversee prototype development, field test and optimization; control project schedule, cost and performance.
  3. Cooperate with R&D, production, sales and purchasing teams to realize mass production of products.
  4. Collect after-sales and market feedback to upgrade existing products; coordinate agricultural machinery appraisal and subsidy formalities.
  5. Track competitor products to improve product configuration and selling points
