Job description

Responsible for the Product Management and Marketing Functions for Philippines.

• Prepare and align yearly growth plan for the country to achieve the brand and category performance.
• Responsible for the Advertising and Promotion strategy, plan and spending.
• Support and execute any market research.
• Drive new product development in accordance with local and global NPD direction.
• Prepare and consolidate management reports and analysis to track Brand Health performance, Category performance and market share.
• Be the point of contact and knowledge centre for local markets.
• Manage consumer inquiries.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably from FMCG or similar industry.
