Purpose

Reporting to the Skates Business Unit Director, the Product Manager leads the company's effort to win in the skates category. The role manages all aspects of the CCM skate strategy, including product configuration, briefs, portfolio offering, pricing, presentation, marketing assets, and financials.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as an in-market category expert: build understanding of regional markets and retail network dynamics.
• Lead insight gathering and coordinate marketing research focus areas.
• Maintain a central database for competitive intelligence and orient projects accordingly.
• Create global product line and marketing briefs; guide designers and developers on consumer and dealer needs across segments.
