OnArrival is building the infrastructure layer for modern travel, spanning flights, hotels, insurance, visas, payments, refunds, APIs, supplier integrations, and travel operations.

This is not a traditional Product Ops role. You'll work directly with the Founder and CTO to drive execution across product, engineering, implementation, and customer operations.

What You'll Do

Execution & Project Tracking

• Track critical initiatives across teams.
• Maintain clear visibility on owners, timelines, blockers, risks, and customer commitments.
• Ensure important work doesn't get lost in meetings, Slack, or assumptions.

AI-Powered Prototyping

• Build quick prototypes, workflows, mockups, dashboards, and process flows using AI tools.
• Turn ideas into tangible artifacts that accelerate decision-making.
