About the Role

The Product Operations Manager will own and improve the product operating system that powers GDX. This role will drive launch readiness, structured execution of key programs, and scalable content operations. You will partner closely with Product Leadership to create consistent ways of planning, measuring, and launching products. This role is not about project tracking. It is about productleverage. 

This role requires strong end-to-end ownership, critical thinking, and product judgment. The right candidate will proactivelyidentifygaps, challenge assumptions, and improve how teams make product decisions, not just how they execute.

In this role, you will also manage a small team, helping them grow, stay aligned to priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
