Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Experience Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of customer-centric digital experiences within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial services along with hands-on exposure to AI chatbot or conversational AI solutions.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex business needs into actionable product requirements while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, analytics, compliance, and business stakeholders.
