**Description**

MISO is seeking a **Product Owner II** to lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of enterprise capabilities on the **ServiceNow platform** . This role will be responsible for maximizing the value of ServiceNow by partnering with business stakeholders, technology teams, and platform owners to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enable enterprise transformation. You will be accountable for the vision, roadmap, and backlog of one or more ServiceNow platform capabilities. This role collaborates closely with business partners, architects, developers, and platform teams to prioritize investments, drive adoption, and ensure solutions align with enterprise objectives, governance standards, and platform best practices.
