Position Overview

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Define and develop end-to-end user stories and workflows for payment, transfer, top-up, redemption, or purchase transactions.​

  • Set KPIs for success, such as transaction volume, conversion rates, and drop-off rates.​

  • Ensure a secure, reliable, and intuitive UX for all transactional journeys inthe app.​

  • Ensure timely delivery of transaction-related features and enhancements bycollaborating with IT, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and external partners.​

  • Own and maintain a product backlog focused on transactional initiatives.​

  • Prioritize backlog items based on business impact and user behavior insights.​

  • Break down product features into sprint-ready user stories with edge-case consideration.​

  • Represent and advocate for seamless user transaction experiences across the lifecycle.​
