Responsibilities:

• Responsible
  for standardization and improvement of department work
  flow. 
• Prepare daily/weekly and
  monthly reports and documents.
• Frequent
  analyzing on quality issues and propose for improvement
  plan.
• Responsible for effective budget
  control.
• Responsible for training for
  department new staffs.
• Responsible to ensure
  effective implementation of QMS, EMS, OSHAS,
  ISMS.
• To carry our admin related
  tasks
• Ensure work area clean and tidy and
  adhere to company's 5S policy
• To carry out /
  conduct department process audit
• Documentation
  and filling maintenance of all training records and inspectors'
  qualification
